Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library and the Boothbay Sea and Science Center are teaming up for a special afternoon to learn about and explore tidepools!

Drop-in anytime during this afternoon of fun for lots of activities:

• Explore tide pools
• Sit in for an ocean-themed Story Time with Jen
• Practice your knot tying skills
• Make a special craft project with seaweed
• Check out ocean books with your library card (and sign up for your very own card!)

Participants will be supplied with life vests and boots, but are welcome to bring their own. Wear clothes that will keep you warm and dry in the water.

This event will take place at the Boothbay Sea and Science Center at 12 Carter Road, East Boothbay, ME 04544.

Park at the Linekin Bay Boat Launch on Murray Hill Road or in the parking lot at Hodgdon Yachts at 71 Murray Hill Road. Then walk to the Boothbay Sea and Science Center. We’ll have signs and volunteers guiding the way.
