Join us for our next Tech Talk with Community Technology Coordinator, Bethany.
We’ll discuss some of the apps available on your smart device that can help train your brain. We’ll discuss apps that can be used to help with focus and memory and apps that can help you improve meditation skills and get a better night’s sleep. Then, you’ll have time to download and test the apps for yourself.
This program is for all ages and levels of tech savviness.
