Booktoberfest!

Booktoberfest will take place Saturday, October 19 from 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. on the Library Lawn. All proceeds from the sale of books will go toward supporting BHML’s Annual Operating Fund. Make sure to stop by and bring a friend!
The book sale is name your own price! Find books for all ages in a wide array of genres. Books are generously supplied and sold by the amazing volunteers of the Friends of the Library.
This event takes place at the same time as our 2nd annual Touch-A-Truck event! Stop by the Town of Boothbay Harbor parking lot (across the street from the fire department) for a chance to get up close to (and inside of!) fire trucks, ambulances, and other awesome vehicles you see around town everyday!
We’ll be joined by Boothbay Harbor Fire Department, Boothbay Harbor Police Department, Boothbay Harbor Public Works, Boothbay Region Ambulance Service, Boothbay Region Land Trust, Boothbay Sea & Science Center, Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and the Chamber of Commerce Trolley!
If books and trucks aren’t enough to lure you to the event, stop by to grab a beautiful flower bouquet from our friends at Veggies to Table to support their mission of feeding Mainers in need!
